Abstract

As the non- commissioned police officers embarks the fight for the drug addicts, they also learned a lessons from their experiences. Even if campaign message are extremely effective, the cannot be expected to drive a national change in drug- use prevalence unless they are seen repeatedly by a sizable proportion of the audience.
