Church to discuss plight of victims, perpetrators of human trafficking. Archdiocese of Cebu official has proposed to create a Church-based group that will investigate the plight of the victims and alleged perpetrators of human trafficking in the country, when they learned about the sexual abuse and torture of the kids allegedly by an Australian pedophile and his Filipina girlfriend who was arrested in Malapascua Island, Daanbantayan in north Cebu. Archdiocese of Cebu spokesperson urged the faithful to pray for the victims and their respective families.
