Abstract: This study seeks to gain a fundamental understanding in the following areas: the highlight of readiness and willingness to adapt digital accounting of MSME owners, the investigation of teh adaptation status of digital accounting in MSMEs, to examine how deeply embedded digital accounting is in their business operations, and to indentify a significant relationship between owner's profile and readiness to adapt digital accounting. The study considered the profile of the business such as capital size, business concern, the number of employeed, and the number of years. The data is evaluated to find patterns and determine work satisfaction and dissatisfaction elements.
