Abstract: The findings offer insights into the multifaceted challenges faced by BSA working students and suggest practical implications for enhancing employability, fostering motivation and engagement in learning, developing interpersonal and critical thinking skills, and promoting emotional resilience. Recommendations are provided for future research, including exploring perceptions and experiences of full-time versus working students and the role of time-management strategies for success.
