Abstract
The results reveal that social media played a crucial role in enabling small business owners in Brgy. Pasil, Cebu City to reach their target audience, generate revenue, enhance customer reach and eventually increasethe business's survival rate. It provides insights into the challenges face by small business owners during the pandemic and the various ways in which they leveraged social media paltforms to adapt and thrive in an uncertain business environment.
