Abstract
Hospitality training has been a broadly examined zone thus, hospitality curriculum assessment has been the essential tool in measuring the effectiveness of the curriculum to evaluate students learning and preparedness. This study focuses on this problem, according to Rosero (2012) that four of ten fresh graduates are not procured because they need three qualities -- critical thinking, initiative, and relational abilities. Given the above, this study evaluates the effectiveness of HRM curricula in the University of Cebu-Main Campus of the school year 2017-2018, Cebu City, Philippines.
