Abstract: The study examines how the students enrolled in the course are evaluated during their internships. The focal respondents will be either Practicum I or II interns from the College of Hospitality Management of the University of Cebu Main Campus School Year 2022-2023. The interns will assess their performance based on how it affects their personality and job-related skills.
