Abstract: This study provided the importance level of the mental health needs of Barangay T. Padilla, Cebu City, Philippines senior citizens. Mental health professionals and family members should be more observant and considerate of the concerns of senior citizens in terms of daily life activities and environmental interactions that would allow them to express and insinuate their emotions and thoughts. Future researchers and school administration can also use this to make a parallel and continuous study to improve this innovation.
